ABOUT JENNA LEIGH
My name is Jenna Leigh. I am a licensed massage therapist in the beautiful city of Little Rock. I have held an office downtown for a couple years now and my practice is growing every year. My approach to massage is completely up to you as every person has different muscular needs. My massages are integrated with many different modalities of practice.
This is why I charge by the hour and not by the type of massage. It would be unfair to charge a person one price for a deep tissue massage, when they only need it on a shoulder, then perform relaxation for the remainder of the massage. This means that every massage is specifically designed for each client, caring for their individual needs. So the only decision you have to make is how long you want your massage to last.
MY PRACTICE IS LAID BACK AND SIMPLE. THE ONLY THING THAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU IS TO RELAX. ALSO PLEASE BE WILLING TO COMMUNICATE WHAT IT IS YOU’RE FEELING, IF NEEDED, SO I CAN BETTER HELP YOUR HEALING PROCESS.
My massage journey started in Ireland where I attended Embody College and Wellness Center. There I took to massage like a fish to water. It became very clear to me what career path to take. So I followed the way of healer, nurturer, and intellectual; a well rounded massage therapist. I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge of massage, the body, and my spiritual awareness.
I have worked exclusively as a licensed massage therapist for the past five years. I have worked in many different massage environments, ranging from chiropractic and other specialist offices to relaxing spa environments. I have been in private practice for two years now and it by far is my most rewarding work. My clients are the truly the best people and I enjoy working with them, and making their lives and bodies more comfortable. It is my goal to build a long lasting client relationship with each person that comes to me for massage.
All of my clients receive the upmost attention, with a quality massage for the full time booked. I listen to my clients’ concerns and needs not just by conversing but also by listening to their bodies. This is the first step to a great massage. Having a nurturing quality is also important as I want my clients to feel cared for, appreciated, and respected. I also make sure that there is enough time in between clients so that you receive your full time from hands on to hands off. This is very important as massages typically include time for paperwork and settling on the table. I make it a priority to make sure that your massage time starts when my hands initiate touch.
